The renovation works required an integration of modern aesthetics whilst preserving the heritage of the 1920’s weatherboard Californian bungalow. The original front two rooms were retained whilst the remainder of the house was subject to a modern conversion.
The new floor plan along with the landscape design has created a sense of privacy whilst maintaining a spacious environment which is emphasized by high ceilings and use of natural light.
